This is for anyone who wants their order covered once it leaves our factory. If your building has package theft, or you are shipping to an address you are not certain about, add it.
What the coverage includes:
Lost packages once the carrier has them
Stolen packages after delivery
User error, such as entering the wrong shipping address at checkout
The price varies with the size of your order. It is added as a separate line item, so you can see exactly what it costs before you pay.
To use it, email us with your order number and tell us what happened. We will replace the order or refund it. Our standard policy still applies either way: most orders ship within one business day, allow two to three business days in transit, and returns are accepted for 30 days.
There is no size to choose. Add one unit of insurance per order, not one per item. If you forget to add it and your package goes missing, reach out anyway and we will see what we can do.

How fast do orders ship and is shipping free?
Most orders ship within one business day, and you should allow two to three business days in transit. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
Can I still return my order if I bought insurance?
Yes. Returns are accepted for 30 days, and adding insurance does not change that.
