Refund policy

Returns:

We offer free returns for all eligible items through your Dearborn Denim account login. Found here. Free returns processed through account requests are refunded for store credit. Navigate to your account (a magic link will be sent to your email. No password required!) Select the order with the items you wish to return. Select the items you wish to return and click submit. Your return request will be approved, and a return label will be sent to you. 

If you wish to have a refund to your original method of payment, please email info@dearborndneim.com or request a return through our contact us page found here. A return label will be sent to you long. Refunds to original method of payment are refunded the price paid for the item or items less an $8 restocking fee.

Exchanges:

Once the items are in transit our team will issue store credit to your account. Please use the store credit to place an exchange order for the item of your choosing.
