The Factory

Dearborn Denim started in 2016 in a 3,000-square-foot partition of an old industrial laundry — twelve heavily used, beat-up sewing machines and one simple idea: make great jeans in America and sell them straight to the people who wear them. No middlemen, no markup, no mystery.

We built it from the ground up. Going factory direct meant we could offer real quality at a fair price — and customers kept coming back for the same reason they came the first time: a great product that's worth what you pay for it.

Reinvesting, season after season

That support let us grow. We added some of the best equipment in the world, hired and trained a crew of fabulous operators, and kept reinvesting in the operation — sharpening the make and expanding beyond jeans.

A real factory

In 2023 we bought a 25,000-square-foot factory and moved in — room to build, room to grow, and a proper home for the people who make every pair.

Today, thanks to the continued support of our customers, we keep growing the brand and the factory. We now also provide contract manufacturing for companies beyond Dearborn Denim — putting our American-made capacity to work for other makers — while we keep expanding the brand we started with.

From 12 machines to 25,000 square feet
