Orders usually ship within 24 weekday hours of ordering. Your order ships directly from our sewing floor, not a drop shipper or warehouse. Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific style or size. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible.
All products are shipped USPS priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped.
We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the right fit. To qualify for free shipping, exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We will ship the exchange item to you as soon as possible. Inside the exchange package will be a prepaid return envelope for the item you wish to return. Please drop off the return package within 5 business days of receiving your exchange.
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and complete with tags. Returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used to process your order. Cost of return shipping restocking will be deducted from your refund, $7 per order.
How to Return:
To make a return you must have your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, as well the email you used to make the purchase.
We will email you a return slip and prepaid packaging label as soon as possible. Please package the item you are returning along with the return slip and seal the package. Drop off the return package with postage clearly visible at your local post office within 5 business days of receiving your return labels.

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing? Let's run through an example: say you spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 100 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 - it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
