Shipping Information
Your order ships directly from our sewing floor, not a drop shipper or warehouse. We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of placing your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped. Dearborn Denim & Apparel is not responsible for shipping is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance is purchased with your order.
Free Exchanges
Free Exchanges
To submit an exchange login to your Dearborn Denim account with the email used to place your order. A magic link will be sent to your email to login. Then select the order with the items you are returning. Select the items you are returning submit for return for store credit. Our team will approve the request and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once the returning item is in transit, store credit will be issued. Create a new order paying with the store credit at checkout to complete your exchange.
- Exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you require further assistance please email info@dearborndenim.com. Response times average 12 hours but may take up to 48. Please keep an eye on your "other" or spam folders if you do not see a reply in your inbox. Thank you for your business! We will get you the right fit!
Returns
We offer free instore returns and free returns for store credit. Our store is located at 5202 North Clark Street. Keep in mind, gift cards, underwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you would like a refund to your original method of payment please email info@dearborndenim.com with your return request. Refunds to original payment method are subject to an $8 restocking fee and are processed as the paid price of the item you are returning less the restocking fee. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors and with original tags. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return:
To process your return first login to your Dearborn Denim account. Then select the order with the item you wish to return. Select create a return. Our team will confirm the return request. An email with a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once our factory processes the return your refund for store credit will be processed click here to get started!
If you would like to return for refund to the original method of payment, please have your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email. Email info@dearborndenim.com and request with a return request, listing your order number and item you with to return. A return label will be emailed to you. Please print the return label and package the item(s) you are returning along with the packing slip and seal the package. Drop off the return package with postage clearly visible at your local post office within 5 business days of processing your return label. We will begin processing your refund once we have received the return.
