Shipping Information

Your order ships directly from our sewing floor, not a drop shipper or warehouse. Most orders ship within 4 business days. Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific style or size. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible.  

All products are shipped USPS priority mail or UPS Sure-post. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped. Dearborn Denim & Apparel is not responsible for shipping times and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance is purchased with your order.

 

Free Exchanges

Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the right fit. To qualify for free shipping, exchanges must be made within 30 days of your ship date. Exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. First two exchanges are free! If you still haven't found the right fit, we ask for $18.75 for any subsequent exchange orders. Returned items must also come with original tags and pocket liners. We will ship the exchange item to you as soon as possible.

Returns

We offer free instore returns. Our store is located at 5202 North Clark Street. Returns by mail have a $7.50 reprocessing fee. All refunds are made to the original method of payment. Keep in mind, gift cards, underwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are processed as the paid price of the item you are returning less the restocking fee. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors and with original tags. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

To make a return online you must have your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, and the zip code of the address the order was shipped to. Please print the return label and package the item(s) you are returning along with the packing slip and seal the package. Drop off the return package with postage clearly visible at your local post office within 5 business days of processing your return label. 

If you would prefer an emailed return label, please contact info@dearborndenim.com and an agent will issue one to you. 

We will begin processing your refund once we have received the return.
