Start an Exchange

To start an exchange, log in to your Dearborn Denim account with the email you used to order — we'll send a magic link to sign you in. Open the order, select the items you're returning, and submit for store credit. Our team approves the request and emails you a prepaid return label. Once your item is in transit, your store credit is issued — place a new order and pay with that credit to complete the exchange.

The fine print

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of odors or anything that would keep them from being sold as new.
  • Exchanges must be started within 30 days of receiving your order.
