Launder them with the rest of your underwear and wash with like colors. The mesh dries quickly and the thick waistband keeps its shape through repeated washing.

Small fits jean sizes 30-32, 34" waistband circumference
Medium fits jean sizes 32-34, 37" circumference
Large fits jean sizes 34-38, 41" circumference
XL fits jean sizes 38-42, 45" circumference
