Well I completely agree with the oompah loompah review, I'm glad its not just me. I am 5'4" 140ish lbs. Size 29 waist fit and its the only part that fit. I wouldn't call these high rise either. I plan to return them.

I loved my old Dearborn Denim jeans. The new ones I just bought are shaped for oompah loompahs. Who designed these jeans? I’m 5’ 9.5” and weigh 143. I have long legs. I am thin. The waist on the jeans fit fine, but the rest of the jeans ballooned out so ridiculously that I did feel like a clown, or an oompah loompah. The cut is seriously unflattering. I could try taking them to a tailor, to see if they could take in the hips and thighs, but I would have to find a tailor. I am so disappointed. Luckily, I still have my heavy weight Dearborns from several years ago. Those are still great.
Design team at Dearborn Denim: Please go back to the heavy weighted denim, and the design you used to use. Stop with the weird balloon jeans. You have lost a customer.
