My low rating is not about the jeans - it's about the customer service. I bought a pair of jeans based on the size on the web page with no noticeable mention of shrinkage. When I got the jeans I read the card stapled to the back pocket with tiny print. It states to expect 3% shrinkage - that's a whole size! When I wanted to return them Dearborn told me I needed to pay shipping plus a restocking fee.
