Made for spring and summer wear, in town or out of it. The cut is clean enough for work and easy enough for a Saturday.
The fit is tailored with a 7 inch inseam. The fabric is 100% cotton chambray, lightweight, and it softens the longer you wear it. The cotton is imported; the shorts are cut and sewn in Chicago. Details include two front pockets, two welted rear pockets, belt loops, and custom wood buttons.

Care: Machine wash cold with like colors and dry on low. The chambray keeps getting softer with each wash, so expect a little break-in.
Sizing: Take your usual waist measurement. The tailored fit sits close through the seat and thigh without pulling, so if you prefer more room there, size up one. We hem to your length for free before the shorts ship, and returns are open for 30 days if the fit is not right.

"These shorts are beautifully constructed, but their proportions are not what I expected. All my other DD purchases (shirts, shorts, jeans) have been perfect fits, but these are "puffy"-the fabric between the waist and hem puffs out as if there were pleats and makes it look like I have an enlarged midsection when in fact I'm tall and slim. As Rob says, these are comfortable to wear, but I don't like the look."
