I have been a customer of Dearborn's for three plus years and purchased probably five pairs of jeans during that time. My most recent experience with customer service was extremely poor, It feels like they have automated it to the point where it's terrible for the customer.
I ordered a pair of jeans on May 17th, 2026, they shipped May 19th. The tracking is still showing they got stuck also on May 19th at a distribution facility in Chicago and remain there as of June 8th. I'm on the West Coast in California and that is where they were supposed to be delivered. After several emails and a 2 promises to excalate, there was no resolution. It's kind of like dealing with the Wizard of Oz. It was so frustrating that requested the order be cancelled. It is a shame as I really like the made in America concept of the company.

Compared to the other Dearborn jeans I now own the material on this one feels thin and cheap sad to say, their others I've bought feel much thicker and more rugged. I'm not sure how well these will hold up. But I'll definitely give them a go and this review is based on first impressions.... So may do an update based on how they hold up over a bit of time....
First update.. not been too long and a rivit has come off on the right pocket... Haven't tried popping it back together yet... Worried it will come off again when I wash it... Need some better QC folk... Never had any jeans do this....
