Great jeans. Will not ever buy from anywhere else. Thanks,

I received the wrong size jeans, and despite multiple emails to the customer service email, I haven’t received any response except one from the AI agent telling me someone would get back to me.

I've only worn this jeans for half a year, and they have been a major disappointment. After going in store to find my perfect size with the kind employee, I immediately felt the quality and craftsmanship put into these jeans; I was mistaken.
However, the two pairs of the same size I ordered were drastically different sizes in length. One was the perfect size, while the other was extremely long/baggy and definitely not the same. The long pair's main button popped off one day after only two months, so I couldn't use it anymore.
On the perfect-size pair, the inner thigh's stitching became partially undone for about 4 inches. The denim is fading in some areas becoming extremely white, mostly around my pocket where my iPhone lies and around my thighs. I also really try not to wash my jeans often as I wanted them to last as long, so I'm not sure what caused this. Additionally, the denim is thinning and even developing holes in some areas. I noticed this today, prompting me to leave this review.
I'm not sure what caused all these disappointments in these two pairs. I thoroughly researched these jeans and really wanted to support an American, Chicago-based small company. I never did manual labor in them or anything, so there is no excuse for this abysmal performance. I unfortunately will not buy another another pair of jeans again from this company.
