Big and Tall Collection in the Works
At Dearborn Denim, we’re always working to better serve our customers, and one of the most frequent requests we’ve received is to expand our size offerings. While we’ve prided ourselves on offering quality, American-made jeans at affordable prices, we’ve been limited by certain constraints when it comes to our sizing range. Currently, our jeans are available in sizes ranging from 28 to 42, but we’re thrilled to share that a big and tall collection is in the works!
Why the Current Size Limit?
The size restrictions we've faced are due to the limitations of our Shopify platform, which only allows for 100 variants per product. With denim, we have to factor in not just waist sizes, but inseam lengths as well. When you multiply waist sizes by the various inseam options, you quickly hit that 100-variant limit. That’s why we’ve had to keep our size range narrower than we’d like—until now.
What’s Coming Next?
Our team is hard at work developing new patterns specifically for the big and tall market. This means we’re not just extending our current sizes, but also ensuring that the fit, comfort, and durability you expect from Dearborn Denim are maintained in the larger sizes. Every detail, from the stitching to the fabric choice, is being carefully considered to ensure that these jeans perform as well as our core collection.
We understand that finding well-fitting denim can be especially challenging for those needing sizes outside the traditional range. That’s why we’re committed to making this expansion not just about offering more sizes, but about delivering high-quality jeans that fit and feel just right.
