I ordered the 100% cotton boot cut vintage wash in one size smaller than I normally would after losing 20 lbs. The jeans were one size too small and totally my fault. I tried to exchange them through the website and it would not work ( probably my fault again). I emailed customer service that night and got a response the next day. A new pair of jeans in my actual size arrived in two days with the 2 day shipping they paid for. In the bag was a prepaid return envelope. I was very impressed with the customer service and exchange. These jeans are a little snug in this style and my wife likes that. They should break in nicely. I look forward to getting another style soon.
